Plate 47　MASTIGOTEUTHIDAE ムチイカ科／ BRACHIOTEUTHIDAE クビナガイカ科 （図．北西太平洋産） 185. オオムチイカ Idioteuthis (Magnoteuthis) magna Joubin, 1913 大きさ 外套長47cm。 特徴 体は寒天質。外套上には疎な突起がある。鰭は大きく、長さも幅も外套長の65％位。第�M腕は他腕に較べ特別太い。腕吸盤は殆ど平滑。触腕吸盤は基部は単列から最低は30列以上になり微細。触腕の保護膜寄りに2個の白色発光器があるのみで、表皮にも眼にも発光器はない。 Body gelatinous. Mantle with sparse conical papillae. Fins oval and large, both FLI and FWI 65. Arm �M thick and swollen. Arm sucker rings nearly smooth. Tentacle suckers very minute, uniserial in the proximalmost part but become more than 30 rows distally. Except for 2 white photophores on tentacle club, no light otgan present either on integument or on eyball. （図．沖ノ鳥島産） 186. オキノムチイカ Mastigoteuthis (Echinoteuthis) glaukopis Chun, 1908 大きさ 外套長7cm。 特徴 体は寒天質。外套膜に低い突起がある。鰭は丸く長さは外套長の60％ぐらい、幅は50〜55％。眼瞼に発光器がある。漏斗軟骨の内突起は大きい。第�M腕は強大。腕吸盤は遠端に鋭歯がある。触腕吸盤はこの類としてはやゝ大きく肉眼的。 Body gelatinous, 7 cm ML. Mantle ornamented with low tubercles. Fins oval, FLI 60, FWI 50-55. A large photophore present on eye lid. Tragus (internal projection) of funnel cartilage large. Arm �M much stronger than other arms. Arm sucker rings with very sharp teeth on distal margin. Tentacle sucker rather large for gneus, visible with necked eye. （図．土佐湾産） 187. ムチイカ Idioteuthis cordiformis Chun, 1908 大きさ 外套長30cm。 特徴 外套膜は円錐型で、半球型の突起で被われる。鰭は丸く、厚く、長さ幅とも外套長の80％ぐらい。眼瞼に発光器は無いが眼球には帯状の発光組織がある。第�M腕は大きいが他種ほど膨大しない。腕の吸盤角質環には鋭歯がある。触腕は鞭状、掌部は60％以上を占め、中央部に20列以上の吸盤が並ぶ。 Mantle conical, 30 cm ML, with hemispherical tubercles all over. Fins oval, FLI and FWI both about 80. No photophore on eye lid but a band-like photogenic organ present on ventral eyeball. Arm �M stronger than other arms, but not so remarkably in comparison to other species. Arm sucker ring with blunt teeth. Tentacle whip-like, with club occupying more than 60% of TL, consisting more than 20 rows of minute suckers. （図．南東大西洋産） 188. クビナガイカ Brachioteuthis picta Chun, 1910 大きさ 外套長8cm。 特徴 外套膜は細く、後端とがる。鰭は丸みのある菱形で、鰭長・幅とも外套長の50％。眼は大きく長卵形の発光器がある。第�J、�M腕は小さい。触腕には基部寄りには小吸盤が密に並び中央付近で4〜6列となり拡大、再び小吸盤がある。 Mantle elongate, cylindrical, with acute posterior tip. Fins roundly rhombic, both FLI and FWI about 50. Eye large, with elongate oval photophore on eyeball. Arms �Jand �M much weaker than arms �K and �L. Tentacle club with multiserial miute suckers proximally, then 4-6 rows of enlarged suckers and again diminish size distally.
